This House is the perfect summer getaway for all Families! The toddlers absolutely loved the beach and the water and Brenda was extremely accommodating to them! The nature and bird watching were phenomenal. The perfect mix of peacefullness and fun to make for the perfect family Vacation for any Family, Thank You Brenda!!

Cynthia happened to be out with her pup as we arrived. She made the time to take me to one of the neighborhood's beach access sites so I could find the path on my own. Her place is well appointed and comfortable.

My stay at freshwater vacations was a little rocky at first due to the weather, but they did everything in their power to make sure that I had a great vacation. The place was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. There’s so much room for a big family. We loved the backyard with the grill the dock and they also provided kayaks. It was a perfect peaceful getaway for me and my family. They also responded so quickly and we’re very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody we can’t wait to go back!!

This was the perfect t get away to be right on the water. The area was quiet with lots to do on the property! We loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful riverside retreat in Stanwood! It was the perfect spot for our family gathering—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The home was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and games and even amenities for our dog. Our dog was just as happy as we were, with plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The views of the river were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved sitting out on the deck, listening to the water and catching up with family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, yet cozy enough to feel connected. The hosts were friendly, incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway for a family or group, we highly recommend this gem. We’d love to return someday!

I recently stayed at the Trails End Ranch and it was an unforgettable experience.The property is beautiful and peaceful with a charming pond,four gorgeous horses and a friendly cat that made the stay feel like a slice of country heaven. Inside the home was cozy,clean and full of warmth- exactly what you would want for a getaway. One of my favorite parts? The DVD collection,it gave the place a nostalgic,homey touch that makes the evenings feel extra special. If you're looking for a escape with a true ranch vibe and thoughtful little details.Trails End Ranch is 100% place to go. I can't wait to come back!

Nicole’s place was very nice and perfect for our group of five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed our time there and would book it again in the future.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

This place was SO nice for the price and especially the location!! not to mention the huge relaxing hot tub on the property. wish i could have stayed longer!!

Jonah’s place was absolutely perfect for our large group! So many bathrooms, bedrooms, and spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool, but the golf simulator was a big hit as well. The beach is well maintained and was perfect for the kids to enjoy during the day, and had a great bonfire space with spare camp chairs for everyone to borrow in the evenings. The kitchen is large with 2 refrigerators and stocked well with almost any cooking necessity you could need. We had one small issue with a breaker tripping, Jonah was incredibly responsive and sent someone out to check it out and fix it within the hour. We will definitely be coming back!

The home was absolutely beautiful as were the views of the lake from the covered porch. My family stayed there for our summer vacation and loved our stay. Between the lake, pool, rec room games and other amenities we felt right at home and never felt like we had to leave the property. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

I stayed here with my two toddlers (1 and 3), my husband, and my parents. We loved it!! There was a ton of room for us all and Julie has thought of everything - pool floats, k cups, extra toothbrush and mouthwash (for the men in your life that forget), games and toys for kids! The house was extremely clean which is especially nice if you have a crawler still. We want to come back next summer!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Norton Shores, right on Mona Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully prepared EVERYTHING was. By far the nicest home I’ve stayed at. The house felt like a true retreat—peaceful, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the hot tub, which we enjoyed both during the day and under the stars at night. It was the perfect way to warm up after beach time or boating, especially since the weather was cooler than usual for June. The house had cozy spaces for everyone to relax, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free trip. This home was the perfect home base for our Muskegon adventures, and we’re so grateful for the chance to stay here. Highly recommend for families, dog owners, and anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside escape.

We literally squealed and jumped when we got out of the car- picture perfect peace! This was perfect for our first girls trip. The multiple living spaces, the views, the amenities at the house. Matt and Jody were next door and accessible which made us feel an extra level of comfort! We all would love to return with our respective families and return again for another girls trip! This house is simply awesome! Makes a week at the lake easy and fun to have a private beach steps away, and a killer setup to enjoy nightly sunsets. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious for family fun. Also a great location for outings - easy to get to both grand haven and holland as well as tons of local parks and beaches. A special find!

The amenities were a huge bonus—soaking in the hot tub under the stars, paddling around the lake in the kayaks, and unwinding in the sauna made every day feel like a true vacation. The host Daniel is exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. The kinda host you wouldn't mind inviting in. When I sent a message his response was immediate. Please understand the type of stay you are booking. It is a cabin stay. As such, it meets and exceeds expectations for a place where your dogs are welcome and you can relax. The lake is a very short walk and in view. The beds were comfortable and clean. All the cabin is as clean as a stay of this type should be. The couch was actually more comfortable than 90 percent of other home stays I have done and I have done a few. I was there to rest from a 12 hr drive but noticed another large family enjoying the firepit and games in the rec area. Priceless time for them I'm sure. Excellent host and stay.
