My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Immerse yourself in a outdated and warm world (Saint Paul district), preserved and steeped in history by staying in this former Parisian shop with Art Deco wood paneling. Small independent house, it has the charm of the past with all the comforts of today, ideally located between the Place des Vosges and the Île Saint Louis. House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

It is ideally located to reach Paris and La Défense, with different transport solutions. It is very close to all amenities, many restaurants, a municipal swimming pool, Yoga, Pilates or Fitness centers, and the city center of La Garenne with its superb market.

Fully equipped 16m2 studio with 140 X 200 queen bed a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a small kitchen Our studio overlooks our private courtyard Our studio is non-smoking.
