Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Away from traffic and noise. Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Townhouse

Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro on the second floor, "Casa di Piazza" is an 85-square-meter apartment dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The two spacious bedrooms retain the original floors and fixtures, the furniture is simple and functional, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the view from the master bedroom and the small living room is truly exceptional. Our guests, without distinction, will be welcomed with kindness and professionalism.

CASA PERLA

Casa Perla is 70 meters from Straccoligno beach and is located on the ground floor with respect to Casa Conchiglia; it consists of a kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom and a bathroom. It has a 45-square-meter covered terrace overlooking the sea exclusively available to guests. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction, sink, dishes, etc. The house has an area of 50 square meters. Outdoor hot shower, barbecue. Sheets.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

In the middle of the nature park, a love nest for 2 people with a roof terrace under the pine trees, overlooking the sea and the palm park around it. A quiet place to linger and arrive. Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!
