Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Elbacasavacanze is a small group of 5 apartments managed by the Postiglioni family for forty years. It is located on the hill overlooking Porto Azzurro in the tranquility and greenery of the National Park. It is about 900 meters from the center of Porto Azzurro, which can also be reached on foot with a pleasant 10-minute walk. The apartment has a living room with kitchen and two beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It has two entrances with a garden equipped for outdoor dining.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.
