The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. We have a 100,000 Internet line where you can comfortably surf the Internet. Feel free to plan excursions. If you have any questions, I am always available.

In my spacious roof garden, you can relax over the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.
