Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Naviglio Pavese

A beautiful apartment in the center of Milan. I can highly recommend it. The check-in was very easy and straightforward, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. It also has a lovely terrace.

C'était un séjour parfait ! L'hôte a fait preuve d'une flexibilité et d'une disponibilité remarquables, répondant toujours avec une grande rapidité. L'appartement est idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée, avec un parking à proximité, et le centre-ville est facilement accessible sans subir les inconvénients de la circulation. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la tranquillité tout en étant à deux pas de tout.

Beautiful apartment on the 'quiet' canal but very close to action if you want it! The neighborhood had easy access to a market for any essentials as well as an Anytime Fitness gym 5 minutes walk out the door! Lovely courtyard entrance and well appointed accommodations- we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a welcome amenity as it gets hot late morning into the afternoon. Easy 20 minute walk to the Duomo, sights, shopping, restaurants and more. We were very happy with the apartment and would stay here again!

Sergio’s apartment was exactly as described, charming and with so much character, clean and tidy and the hosts provided clear instructions. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The neighborhood had such a fun vibe and the bars and restaurants were all walkable. The city center was just one tram away, around the corner from the apartment. And the hosts gave great recommendations in the area. Hope to stay there again on my next trip to Milan.

Very Central located. Everything in walking distance. Seven minute walk to grab a taxi. Trains five minute walk. Secure.

Great location

The team was great and the place is amazing. You could host a fashion shoot here with the incredible mix of modern and traditional. The color changing ceiling lights are an incredible addition and the projector makes for a nice movie night. They were kind enough to provide us with bath amenities and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you to everyone on the team!

Mario is a great host, he answered all our questions very quickly. You can walk to the lively quarter Navigli in 10-15 minutes. The flat is very spacious and clean. There is everything you can need. Thank you Mario for everything.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Andrea is an incredible host, always answering all the questions, flexible with check in as I arrived earlier and giving great tips for restaurants and what to do on the neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as on pictures, with everything we needed and also with great location. For sure we would stay again when traveling to Milan.

This place definitely made our stay in Milan better. It was a 5 minute walk from the station. Really easy access and I love the vibe of the building. The room itself has lots of mirrors and is very bright. Would definitely stay at Michele's place again when we come back.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment during our short visit to beautiful Milano with our two boys. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the outside porch was a lifesaver in the heat! Can’t recommend this place more 👌

5 stars – Would Book Again! Great stay overall. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was very clean, with a well-thought-out layout and clever use of space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, yet it’s just a short walk to the lively Navigli area — ideal for exploring Milan. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure — a definite plus! There was a slight damp smell, which is not unusual given the summer heat and the type of historic building, but it was mild and easily manageable. It certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to Milan.

Very helpful communicative host. Helped us to get a taxi to the train station. Very helpful in giving suggestions and even helped with dinner reservation. It was like staying in a hotel but having your own apartment. Very clean! Great location. Highly recommend!

Minha hospedagem foi maravilhosa! O apartamento estava impecável, tudo muito limpo, organizado e com uma localização excelente, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O anfitrião foi extremamente educado, atencioso e proativo, sempre preocupado com a minha chegada e com o meu conforto durante toda a estadia. Mesmo sem solicitar, sabendo que iria com uma criança, ele disponibilizou um berço para a minha filha.
