Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unserem Haus in Waldrandlage. Über einen separaten außenliegenden Treppenaufgang erreichen Sie die Wohnung, welche über eine außerordentliche Aussicht in ein Tal, welches von einem Bach durchflossen wird, verfügt. Der Ort ist ruhig in die Voreifel gebettet und durch seine Burg weit über die Grenzen NRW's bekannt. In wenigen Minuten ist die Autobahn 1 zu erreichen, zusätzlich verfügt der Ort über einen DB-Anschluss, über diesen ist Köln innerhalb von 50 Minuten erreichbar.

It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. Our apartment is very quietly situated in a small new development area, 3 km from the city center of Zülpich. In the immediate vicinity there is a water sports lake, a Roman bath, an open-air museum and the highway - connection to the A1/A61. The city of Cologne is about 30 km away. Hiking trails (Eifel loops) pass by the house. The Eifel National Park is only 20 km away. Electric car charging station available.
