50 m² charming apartment located in the city center, close to all amenities (2-minute walk to the train station, shopping mall at the bottom of the residence, tobacco, restaurants, shops...) This is my main home, there is everything for cooking. Everything is equipped. You'll feel right at home. You will be on the 3rd and top floor with elevator access. Nemours is very well served by buses, line just below. Fontainebleau Castle is a 20-minute drive, Paris is 50 minutes by RER.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Apartment for 4 people, quiet and not far from the center of Nemours and its amenities (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants...), located 5 minutes from the A6 highway exit, close to the train station (10 minutes walk) which connects Paris-Gare de Lyon in one hour, 15 minutes from Fontainebleau (bus stop less than 5 minutes) and 10 minutes from Larchant and its famous rocks in the forest. A stone's throw from here, you can take a stroll along the Loing and its canal.
