The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Enjoy the tranquility of this centrally-located place. Cornermans-the apartment is located in a small village between Siegen, Netphen, Kreuztal and Hilchenbach. The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

I rent a cozy 2-room apartment in Siegen Kaan-Marienborn. It has its own entrance. A contactless key handover is possible. The apartment is centrally located and has a good connection to the city center (direct bus connection; 3.5 km). There is also a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within a few minutes walk). I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness (see description).

You will also find a radio/CD player system, a hairdryer, hand towels, bath towels and dish towels. You can use our in-house sauna and washing machine.

The apartment is located in Siegen-Niederschelden. Free parking right outside the front door. We have completely replaced the mattresses to provide our guests with even more comfort in the future. The apartment is designed for up to four people. Guests can relax on a box-spring bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed and a foldaway bed in the living area.
