House holiday rentals in Nettuno

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

No doubts Antonino is one of the best hosts we had after 50+ travels with Airbnb. The location is really unusual but easily reachable with a car, Antonino provided detailed guidance and met us personally. The main note here is that initially we wanted to stay in Artena in order to go to Rome every day but we didn’t even go there (we’ve been there before). It might sound crazy but we were impressed with Artena town hill much more than with Rome when visited it a few years ago. Thank you for everything Antonino. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! Spacious and clean house. The garden was nice – a perfect spot to grill with a family. Felt totally safe with the security they had in place. If you're into cooking, you'll love the kitchen setup. Beds were nice and comfy.? AC kept us cool in the heat, and the pool area was just what we needed to beat the heat. Plus, the beach was just a short drive away. Definitely a sweet spot for a vacation!

We had a great time in this house, well positioned, welcoming community, selection of very good restaurants, great place to relax and well positioned to have frequent excursions to Rome, or Naples (Sorrento, Capri, Pompei). The only problem was that one week was not enough to enjoy it all. We hope to visit again.

Host molto gentile cordiale e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola. Ci ha fatto trovare nel frigorifero delle bottiglie di acqua fresca e molti affettati, latte marmellate e molti altri prodotti piscina e spazi esterni curatissimi, casa pulitissima. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per un piccolo problema in cinque minuti ce lo ha risolto. Per chi vuole stare in completo relax lo consiglio vivamente.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

L’ alloggio di Maila è molto confortevole, pulito e in un’ottima location. Vicino al Cimitero Americano ( da visitare assolutamente) consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della città e il mare. Lo spazio all’aperto permette di godere di piacevoli serate comodamente seduti cenando e chiacchierando ed aggiunge comfort allo spazio interno. Viviana

emplacement idéal, plage, on traverse la rue, restau, magasins accessibles à pied. rome prendre bus 1 ou 5 jusque Gare, ensuite train(environ 1h au total, 1€5 a 3€ selon timing). Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

Esperienza super positiva! Appartamento spazioso e pulizia impeccabile, per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host Matteo che mi ha consigliato anche dei posti per mangiare. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda ed è facile da raggiungere con i mezzi. Tornerò sicuramente

La gentilezza della signora Rosalba merita il viaggio! In casa c'era tutto, dall'acqua agli spazzolini in caso qualcuno li avesse dimenticati. La villa è molto bella, soprattutto il giardino. Il mare è a soli 5 minuti. Forse i divani-letto sono l'unica piccola pecca perché un po' scomodi, ma vi consiglio davvero tantissimo di andarci. Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza fantastica

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Francescos Haus! Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig. Francesco war immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Lido di garda ist ein netter kleiner Strand, der auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Claudio è sempre molto disponibile per ogni necessità, davvero gentile. L'alloggio è molto pulito, carino e completo di tutto quello che serve per stare bene.

Host Super disponibile, ottima posizione e camera pulitissima con tutti i servizi necessari.

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Vacanze top, siamo stati in questa bellissima villa. Grande con tanti letti, due bagni di cui uno con idromassaggio. Giardino molto grande. Dietro la casa una campo molto grande ma soprattutto recintato, per chi come noi viaggia con i cani è il posto ideale. Tutto ben curato e un orto a disposizione con tanti pomodori, ortaggi e basilico fresco. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato sul portico dietro la villa dove abbiamo goduto del fresco serale. Paolo purtroppo non l'abbiamo conosciuto di persona ma siamo stati sempre in contatto telefonico ed è stato molto attento alla nostra permanenza. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro. Eravamo 6 più due cani e avanzavano le camere. Nota negativa, quando vai via ti manca la casa. Grazie Paolo

Salvatore e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto come se fossimo parte della famiglia. Sono stati ospitali e premurosi. Abbiamo assaggiato i loro prodotti dell'orto e ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'alloggio è come la descrizione, pulito e molto confortevole. È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole.

The house is really beautiful with all the amenities. I felt right away like home. The house was clean and had a very beautiful small garden. It is perfect for everyone, even for small children. The communication was excellent.

The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious, peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. The apartment itself is both stunning and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Francesco and Cinzia went above and beyond—greeting us each day with genuine smiles and even surprising us with fresh eggs from their farm. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. We were so comfortable and content, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a special place, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
