- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest with a fireplace. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind. The fully equipped apartment is a good place to stay with two adults and one child in the bedroom. There is a possibility to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.

Modern one-room apartment, quiet / centrally located.

The in-law is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
