Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.
