Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Beautiful accommodation, very well located!

Photographs do not do justice to this lovely apartment. Stylishly furnished, with a generous balcony from which you can enjoy the setting sun glinting on the windows of the Defense office skyline in the distance. The apartment is in a very genteel and quiet serviced residence, with access to pleasant patio and gardens. The lift takes you up to the top floor, right next to your front door. There is a secure parking garage under the building. Location is perfect (a short, pleasant stroll into the Bois de Boulogne) for a visit to the Fondation de Louis Vuitton and its current Hockney Exhibition. There is a great neighbourhood restaurant (Livios), supermarket and boulangerie, all a few minutes walk away. So it's a pleasant chance to see parts of Paris away from the bustle of the centre. But very easy to get there using excellent Metro and buses on the doorstep. The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had an absolutely perfect stay at this place. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, whether it's restaurants, shops or places to visit. It's a real pleasure to be able to do everything without a car! The decor is simply beautiful: every detail is taken care of, the atmosphere is warm and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is a place that is cozy, elegant, and inspiring. I recommend it without second thought and will come back without hesitation!

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very new , super clean , modern apartment on the 7 floor. The only thing I didn’t like is to get the key , which is 20 min walk with the child and luggage back and force. But thank you for letting me drop off my luggage earlier . Super grateful!!! The place gets hot , the fan would be helpful as no ac in Paris lol Otherwise the room is super clean , little small if the couch is unfolded . But you can see Eiffel Tower :) When you go up , only 1 luggage fits the elevator, which is ok with me :)

Agatha's place is really good! Bigger than expected and good location. We stayed for almost 10 days and really enjoyed. The lift is too small (my wife and I are S/M sizes and with luggage we barely fit in) but wasn't a problem for us. The neiborhood is really good, with a laundrymat in the next block. Really good places to eat around. Besides not being in downtown, the subway was super easy to get e we never got with a crowd. Always just a few people in. Parking around (in the streets) isn't easy but not impossible. Always with a lot of car already parked but if you drive a little you can find a spot two blocks distance (maybe off holidays would be easier). Agathe always replied us super quickly and we basically had no problems. I highly recommend this one for short and long stays.

For a family of 5 this was a good size apartment, great and quiet location, beautiful private garden.. Atmosphere was really good, home feeling. Only we couldn’t find a hair dryer.. but this was not a big deal, highly recommended 😊

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Florence was exceedingly helpful and the apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Very nice apartment, well renovated. Very pleasant and very quiet neighborhood but with easy access to metro line 1 to get to Paris

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.
