BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.
