I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A baker, butcher and a very good pizzeria are in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

The house was built in the 17th century and renovated in the 1980s. It now has a total of 3 rooms spread over 3 floors and an approx. 500-year-old vaulted cellar. With the furnishings, the house is ideal for trade fair visitors who need space and may still have to work, but also for smaller groups (max. up to 4) who want to visit their family or Cologne. Rental is possible for a maximum of 4 people.
