The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.
