The apartment is only 250 meters from Lake Steinhude and is located directly on the Lake Steinhude circular path.

The apartment is located in the Ihme Center in Linden Mitte facing south with views over the city. The entrance hall leads to the fully equipped kitchen, the renovated modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room (usable as a walk-in closet) and the large, light-flooded living room/bedroom (divided into living/dining area and sleeping area). A balcony extends across the entire width of the apartment.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
