The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the hosts house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

And a futon in the family room makes this lovely property a wonderful spot for a weekend at a working farm or just to visit beautiful Waco and the Silo District or Baylor Football. The home is situated on 100+ acres that features two lakes on the property and Tradinghouse Lake across the road. Within 20 minutes of the Silo District in Waco and 15 minutes to Baylor. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Listing is Cleaned & Sanitized according to EPA standards! Enjoy this Cabin feel with lots of space and openness in the quiet country, just 14 miles to Kyle Field. For families to go to the Aggie Football game or stay and watch games with outside TV screen that includes a SPA HOTTUB for anyone just to relax.
