Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in New England

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

Nicely renovated farm house in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from Conway Lake. Convenient location, close to shopping, hiking, restaurants. We were in the area for work, but would like to stay again and do some exploring.

We had a wonderful family stay a this home to visit some local kid attractions including the aquarium. Hope is a fantastic host - great communication, friendly and accommodating. The house itself was roomy for our group. It was clean and very well appointed with all the basics you need to be comfortable. The four king sized beds was really nice. No fighting over rooms! Our kids enjoyed the chalk and bubbles that were left outside and playing in the yard. The deck is also a nice space although we didn’t get to use it due to weather. I would definitely recommend this home.

My family stayed at Thomas' house during a weekend ski trip. The house was perfect for our family's needs. We skied at Okemo and it was a short drive to the mountain. After a long day of skiing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable house to relax. The house we very well stocked to include a drying rack (which we forgot to bring) and a boot dryer. We highly recommend this house for your ski adventure.

This property is absolutely perfect for a gathering. The house is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary adventures. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and complement the lovely outdoor spaces perfectly. Douglas is the perfect host and truly makes sure that guests feel welcome, from offering us early check-in to the fresh flowers through the house and extensive resource guide provided. This is truly a gem.

Great studio apartment, quiet and clean building, the room was spotless and had all the key amenities, and in an ideal location. Would stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a picturesque town. The owners are extremely helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. I couldn’t be more thankful for them for opening their studio for us and welcoming us to their getaway! Everything in the house looks brand new and the view from outside couldn’t be any better.

I had a great time, attended a local concert with a friend of mine and it was close by. Not even a five minute lyft ride. There was a restaurant right across the street, the gym was perfect, and the deck overlooking Newark while looking over the water to New York City. Will rebook next time I'm in town.

Bill’s place (the Norwood Inn) was perfect for our girls weekend while we were in Portland for a wedding. Bill and Charlie were proactive in communication and helping us be aware of check-in details and other tips. The area was walkable and we enjoyed starting our mornings walking to get coffee. Ample safe parking. Nice kitchen and a great deal for the price …. Not a luxury spot as much as just amazing location and great hosts! I’d book again.

Beautiful home , very very clean , the host very nice, he was quick respond , we definitely would love to stay at this place again when we get to visit Canada. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to visit Montreal Canada.

Laura's place was perfect! It was clean and provided a great location for our visit with our daughter. Laura provided many extras (snacks, drinks, etc...) which made our stay even nicer. I think she thought of everything :) We will definitely stay at Laura's place again! Thank you!

The lodging was even better in person than in photos and much larger than it appears online — lots of windows and natural lighting. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating. I would stay again without hesitation— especially with a family or larger group.

Cutest apartment! We had the best few days, the apartment was great and had everything we needed for those rainy days, with lots of games and 2 TVs! The location is perfect to go on day trips around Cape Cod. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great spot to get away for a weekend. It was in downtown and easy to get around with plenty of close by options to eat or grab something quick. Parking is just a block down and for the city very economical. The apartment was super clean with sunny city view. Security of the building was great considering the downtown location. I would definitely stay again.

A group of my coworkers and I went here for a conference at Lake Morey, our stay was comfortable and pleasant! There was a lot of space for us to play games and hang out in the common areas!
