A beautiful 200 year old house lovingly restored with interest around every corner. Breakfast outside in the morning sun, what's not to like. it is a b&b so probably shouldn't expect a kettle/communal for a late night cuppa. thank you Nathzlie, our daughter recommended it and we will too. St Michel is a lovely Quebec village...

Great place to stay! My Husband and I had originally booked elsewhere and the location did not work out. We booked this location last minute and we were very pleased! The location is just up from the water and there is plenty of parking. Great place for a walk and there’s a few shops down the road. Breakfast is included and the maple mousse is delicious, definitely recommend!

Adorable house, friendly hostess and clean. The house is old with noisy floors but charming. Hostess was very friendly!

Excellent air bnb at the foot of the mauricie park! Ideal for a stay in this one or to unwind and unwind! The facilities are clean, quiet, despite sharing the living rooms we were quiet for the duration of our stay! The presence of the bar restaurant at the foot of the room also makes it easy to let go

We enjoyed our two days in Melody's cottage cottage; the environment is pleasant and the nights are quiet. We "had dinner" at the cafe bistro on a concert night and found the meal quite satisfactory. This is a good location for access to the Parc de la Mauricie.

Our stay was very pleasant. In the central location of what I was looking for. Traveling from the states, was a convenient place to stay and visit relatives within 20 mile radius. Only issue were the steep stairs but once settled, very comfortable and felt like home. Thank you for the groceries provided.

Martha’s place is perfect for a vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.

I frequently visit the area for work and have chosen to stay at this location on multiple occasions. The affordability relative to its size and amenities is remarkable. It's been a challenge to find a comparable option at this price point. What stands out the most to me is the ongoing enhancements I notice with each visit.

Absolutely loved Armand’s place. It was the perfect location for my sister and our two dogs to stay at while hiking in the whites. The cabin was adorable and cozy. Armand was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. He gave us some great recommendations for leaf peeping and breakfast spots. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. We will definitely be back!

This is a great spot to stay near Sugarloaf. The kitchen is great—my partner and I prefer to cook our own dinners on ski vacations. Super close to the mountain, clean room, friendly staff! There is a bit of road noise, but any of the motels will have that. I brought ear plugs and it was totally fine. I recommend this spot.

I was visiting for my daughter’s graduation at Yale, so unfortunately did not take time to use the fully equipped and clean kitchen, or sample some of Sascha’s cooking. The home is situated next to one of the 2+ mile trails around Maltby Lakes, where I enjoyed morning walks in the forest and along the lakes. The home concentrates on supporting native plants. I would like to return in the fall for more homemade chocolate and sample some of Sascha’s vegetarian cooking, which includes cuisines from South America and Asia. The stay was enjoyable with clean comfortable rooms and friendly atmosphere.

Great find for the price! Kids enjoyed game room, swimming pool with sprinklers, playground. It could feel kinda noisy from the road right next to the space, but coming from the busy city it didn't bother us and we were away all the time. The staff was amazing, answered a lot of questions, shared the recommendations about places we inquired. Will be back if it is going to be available!

Authenticity and cordiality... are the key words of this accommodation, their 2 hosts and their 2 dogs. The room is simple, spacious and clean, equipped with everything you could need, including a bed, not very wide but so comfortable!!! All in a perfectly quiet and easy to access environment! Delighted with this first step, economical, and friendly; we highly recommend!!!

This was an amazing place to stay and so much fun. We rented out the entire hostel for 30 of our friends over new years, and found the house to be amazing but as well as the staff; so helpful, friendly, encouraging us to polar plunge and try new things, and just made the experience much more enjoyable.

We had a great time at Allison’s place! The location is great for access to Whiteface and the town of Lake Placid. The room and the common areas were comfortable and cozy. Allison and her son were highly attentive hosts who chatted with us each morning at breakfast and gave us a bunch of local recommendations. Overall a great stay!

This place was excellent. It’s modest, but it’s a great location, clean, affordable/good value, and dog friendly run by pleasant people. Check in was easy and host was responsive. We packed two people and two dogs into one of the standard rooms (not the big suite) for a last minute ski-joring trip and had lots of fun.

The place was really beautiful a bit congested but good for two people. They installed a new king size bed for us which was very comfortable. They prepared breakfast for us based on our preferences. the checkout process was also easy and seamless. Overall I had great stay.
