This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

This home is beautiful ,well equipped, and the perfect spot to relax. Melora was very friendly and helpful. The little extra touches was what made the home feel so comfortable and the view is just perfect. We are definitely planning a second stay in the near future.

Well equipped, clean, functional space. Back porch and patio is fantastic for expanding the space and ease of entertainment. Caught some pretty good catfish and carp right off the back stairs/landing. Convenient to many amenities with easy access from rt159 and rt57.

Wonderful views and lots of space to explore your surroundings. We enjoyed the eco-friendly hot tub the most!

What a lovely place! Carlene was gracious and warm, and answered all our questions. And the apartment is lovely and very comfortable. And the view out the wall of windows looks over Lake Champlain, offering superb views and still preserving privacy. The yard is large and immaculately maintained, and the nearby causeway offers a trail to bicycle and walk with the lake on either side. I would definitely come back here again. Note that the drive to downtown Burlington is lengthier than I anticipated--about 40 minutes, depending on time of day. However, the seclusion of this home by the lake is what made it so worthwhile.

Amazing view, great and comfy Airbnb. The hot tub is such a nice plus with the incredible view over the mountains. It was so well equipped we had most of our meals in the Airbnb because the kitchen was so functional. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. Roy was taking care of us pretty good. All the time you feel like home. Roy, thanks for everything, you should be proud of your beautiful place….happy travellers…E&J

Outside for aquatic enthusiasts, everything is there. Terrace with fireplace, etc... as shown in the photos. If you are looking for calm, the dock by the lake will delight you; the house is located in the heart of the village which is quite busy and noisy during the day (that's life) but around 8:00 p.m. everything is quieter; everything is central, everything is done on foot, grocery store, etc... You won't have a view of the lake from inside, you have to leave the house and go to the grounds. There was only one exit from the house, no emergency exit, maybe the windows adjacent to the sidewalk were one. I enjoyed my stay, the hosts were very helpful and I recommend it to everyone according to your needs, everything is there.

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

This is a great spot, convenient to lots of outdoor activities in the area. The studio has super comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, and even some nice touches like throw blankets, books, and games for days you want to stay in and get cozy.

Loved the location, the cottage, the views the furnishings and just had a totally relaxing peaceful stay. Would go back in a flash. Wished we had booked longer and thoroughly enjoyed our brief break from general life.

My girlfriend and I loved our time at Andrew's cottage. The interior has coziness and charm, with taxidermy, one-of-a-kind woodsy furnishings, and old board games. The hot tub is easy to use and feels luxurious. The pond is glorious. Kayaking was a treat. The indoor fireplace switches on and off but is designed to look like a real wood burning stove. The outdoor fire pit provides the pleasure of burning actual wood, and it was easy to start with kindling provided. The only advisory I would give is that there is a spiral staircase down to the first floor if you're sleeping upstairs in the bed and need to use the bathroom during the night. This didn't bother either of us, but might not be a perfect fit for everyone. Thank you, Andrew, for sharing your serene spot.

We had a GREAT time at Feyza’s cabin. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. We especially loved the secluded setting, the lake views and the jacuzzi. Feyza was helpful, communicative and very responsive. Her digital guidebook was very insightful as to the local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my time here. Wish I was still sitting on the deck watching the loons! Beautiful, peaceful location. House has everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay here again someday.

Cassie and Dave were amazing hosts and their place was even better than the pictures. We loved the kayaks and the hot tub and the peacefulness and solitude of the lake. The cottage was stocked very well with lots of extra touches and snacks. They responded immediately to any questions we had and were super friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back!

We had the most amazing stay at this charming lakefront cottage in Vermont! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and the cozy, well-appointed interior. We spent our days kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore, and our evenings watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing by the firepit. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable trips we’ve had in a long time, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommend this special place to anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Vermont’s lakeside charm!

Deb was a great host and super responsive. House was great and can’t beat the location and view on the lake.

The place was wonderful. Very modern, clean, and sleek. The pictures were very accurate, unlike a lot of what I've seen on some postings. Would plan on staying again.
