Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes in The New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but hosts are close by to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm with a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

Winnie’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
