Monthly Rentals in New Hartford

What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Waverly Tim was the best host he gave me upfront information that was very helpful and checking in into his studio apartment. During the day, he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was perfect and then he let us know what was expected of us before we left so it may check out super easy. We would definitely recommend his space and renting from him.

Had a great visit. Very cute neighborhood, walkable to a few stores and within a short driving distance of downtown Cedar Falls.

Nice place for a short stay. Denise was spot on with her restaurant recommendations. She allowed us to stay 2 hours after check out time which was very convenient for us. Thank you!
