Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Beautiful Georgian Townhouse, 100m from the sea. Ardwyn 33 is centrally located around Aberaeron’s central park. Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. Fine and family dining is a short walk away including the traditional seaside fish and chips. Feel like staying in? Curl up with some popcorn in our basement cinema room. There are beautiful walks nearby, including a stunning stroll to the local NT property- Llanerchaeron.

Cottage, wood burner, outdoor bath, near to coast.

Nestled in the village of Brongest in the Ceredigion countryside, perfectly set for all day sun, porthfach is a real gem. Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

Snoozy Bear Cabin- amazing walk to the beach!

Snoozy Bear is a truly unique light, warm and cosy bolthole sitting at the top of the National Trust’s Abermawr woods, it is a beautiful 15 minute walk to the stunning secluded beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach and the famous Melin Tregwynt wooden mill. A quirky converted artists studio, the Cabin has an amazing view through the Beech tree canopy across the valley.- One couple commented that they felt they were in a tree house! Light up the vintage Jotul wood burner and snuggle down!

Relax in the west Wales countryside in the little cottage. It's a stylish blend of high end luxury and old world features all wrapped up in a cosy stone package.
