Monthly Rentals in Newholm

Great one night stay, bed was so comfortable and loved all the home touches also enjoyed the sky on the tv. I will 100% be booking again as it's a great location, 20 minute walk into whitey town.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3-night break near Whitby and N.Yorks Moors, and we would very happily book again! Just outside Whitby, and only 1 minute away from the efficient park and ride, but with a real feel of being on the edge of the countryside. We had two lovely evening walks from the property beside farm fields where we saw hares, a barn owl, and lots of birdlife in the hedgerows. The only point to note is that the property is very close to the roundabout at the junction of two A roads, which at peak traffic times are BUSY and quite noisy. Inside, the property is well sound-insulated, and even as an dedicated peace and quiet lover it didn't bother me at all, but if you are hoping for total traffic silence, you may want to look elsewhere. However this property is amazing value, and in such an otherwise great location, so well presented and comfortable, and with such a lovely helpful host I would book without hesitation! We had a great stay, it was everything we wanted for the weekend. Comfortable, clean and cosy. There's a little local shop nearby, garden centre. We walked into Whitby which took about an hour ish, nice walk. The first part is on main roads. We would definitely look at staying again.

5* Accommodation was spotless. Smelt clean and fresh as soon as you walked in the door. Lovely welcome pack included all the essentials. Lots of attention to detail and little extra touches which made the property feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and more. Located just outside of Whitby but easy to travel in and around the area. Views from the front window were amazing Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
