They didn’t miss a single detail in this gorgeous mountain home. Cooking, the jacuzzi, sitting for hours on the patio watching the storms roll across the mountain tops, sleeping on a comfy bed, playing board games, watching movies, everything was wonderful! It’s a great location that’s easy to get to Townsend, and it’s super close to some of my favorite areas in the Smoky Mountains. Well done Karly and Joe!

My husband and I loved Rays place! It was a perfect touch to our honeymoon and we would come back a million times again. It was such a gorgeous place and the “neighborhood” was beautiful. We recommend to anyone visiting the towns! Ray will always answer if you have any questions or concerns! He’s a great host!

This was such a cute Airbnb, and exquisitely detailed. The porch was amazing, and I loved cooking in their kitchen, as I had everything that I needed with a beautiful gas range stove. The natural lighting, open concept, and modern rustic finishes make it worthy of booking. Additionally, Marshall is such a sweet little town. I will definitely return!

Very scenic cabin, fully stocked with all the essentials that were needed for our stay ! The beds were nicely sized and I like that they included a stool in the guest bathroom for our son, so things could be accessible for him. Me and the family enjoyed using the fire pit as well! We had some issues with the lock in the main bedroom but Lauren was able to communicate with us and send someone to fix the problem which we appreciated! We will recommend to our friends.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so kind and helpful whenever we needed to get in contact with them. The views were spectacular and the drive up does get easier every time but I do recommend 4WD or AWD. We have a Ram 2500 and when it rained we almost had to switch to 4WD in the middle of the incline to make it. The cabin and views are definitely worth the climb. Lots of switchback turns but again, we did it in a pretty large truck. The cabin had everything we needed and everything as described. We come to TN every other year and this is definitely a place we plan to book again! Thank you hosts for opening your home to us and our children as we travel! Cabins like this make it so much easier to travel with kiddos. We had a GNARLY storm pass through and we weee able to shuffle the kids to the basement and start a movie in the mini theatre downstairs. Such a lifesaver multiple times because it stormed 3 of the nights there. Spectacular stay and we appreciate you guys! Be back soon!

Such a beautiful cabin that we added an extra night on to our trip! The very best time & would recommend to anyone looking. We didn’t want to leave!

This cabin and its surroundings are a true gem. Everything was clean, organized and there were so many things that upgraded this place from my other Airbnb experiences. I loved that Lindsey had a set of dog bowls waiting for us, fire logs for the fire pit outside, coffee/tea/hot chocolate as well as cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, and some spices). The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We loved spending time on the outdoor deck. The fire flys at sunset were amazing and the sound from the nearby creek is incredible! Our dog loved to play on the lawn in front of the cabin and we took many walks on the road opposite the driveway (saw bunnies, cows, horses, and stunning scenery). The scenery and surroundings are so peaceful and stunning. I want to come back here again!!

Camp Happy Mundo is a gorgeous, beautiful, cute, and refreshing site. It’s the perfect getaway for those looking for peace and quiet, tranquility, fresh air, beautiful views, and privacy while still having access to the outside world. It’s perfect for the introvert looking for a home away from home that isn’t loud and crowded by other houses. There are so many things to do without having to the leave the property, such as fishing, hiking, bird watching, stargazing, laying in a hammock, bonfires and grilling out, board games and puzzles, reading and scavenger hunts, soaking in the tub, relaxing in the sauna, or just watching TV and movies, or browsing the internet. There is also a cupboard with local items for sale, such as coffees, teas, artwork, and gems, within the cabin. The hosts were very quick with responses and meeting our needs, and gave us complete privacy without any unexpected visits. We’ll definitely be making an annual trip to Camp Happy Mundo, we loved our stay!

The birds nest was perfect for our weekend trip to Asheville. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed, plenty of towels and a perfect location. When you are on the patio or walking through the garden you understand why it is named “little bird”. Just loved it.

If you are looking to be out of the chaos but still close enough to not spend a lot of time driving this is the place! The house is secluded, aside from the property behind the fire pit area but we never really saw anyone other than their dog who likes to visit! The porch does not have rails to protect blind dogs or children from falling so use caution! (Wasn’t an issue but was something to keep in mind with our dog. The creek was exactly as described, a lullaby. We fell asleep each night to the sound. If you are traveling with your dogs, be sure to check out bringfido to find all of the dog friendly restaurants and activities nearby. We definitely cannot wait to go back! Our dog Pipton found to hidden balls while we were visiting and we were sure to leave them behind for others when they visit. Be respectful as we saw damage had been done to a door due to a previous dog being locked up in the bedroom.

Evelyn, absolutely nothing negative to say! Evelyn shines with a Beautiful personality, she thought of everything! The Cabin in the Mountains sparkled clean and the Welcome of home, with relaxing atmosphere, rolling brook at your patio , kitchen and bedroom window to put you to sleep at night, on a bed that felt like a cloud, a Beautiful Haven of the grounds of flowers and fresh mint planted, Hidden Mystical items, wood at fire pit, Memories were made and also a new friend that we are Blessed to have in our lives. we miss the Cabin in the Mountains that had the mist and summer bugs singing and nature that Blessed us! it wasn't a long enough stay! if you have a chance to stay at this Cabin in the Mountains, to us you won't be disappointed, It has a lot of Blessings to share and Evelyn Comes along with it! she thought of every detail to make your stay like being at home.

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Thanks again Catherine for a wonderful place and can’t wait to come see you and this wonderful place again.

This place is a gem! The area is private, views are absolutely stunning. The cabin itself is charming, comfortable and spacious. Lindsay is very responsive, flexible, friendly and helpful. We are already thinking about when we can go back.

The Eagle’s Nest was a magical place! There are several “above and beyond” thoughtful touches that made this one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in years. The hot tub was perfect - clean and hot! The views (including sunsets) were incredible! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect to cook our meals in, and we saw at least one bear almost every day. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up not doing as many things in the area because the peacefulness and views were best at our Airbnb. A couple of tips when you book this amazing place and do venture out. Google maps shows the road to Metcalf Bottoms is closed. It is open and the hike to Greenbriar School is well worth it! Our other favorites were the Wears Valley Zipline, Mountain Brothers General Store, and we enjoyed the zero lines at the Goats on the Roof coaster. This is a place you will definitely enjoy staying at!

Overall an amazing stay. The home was cozy and the perfect size for the three of us. Note the bunk beds are definitely more for children with the bottom bunk residing on the floor but worked great for us and our situation. The amenities were perfect and there was great lighting all around the cabin .

We were in town for a family wedding, but the cabin ended up being our favorite part of the trip. Clean, organized, and cozy - they have thought of all the little aesthetic and functional details to make the space feel special. Also - my husband and I agree that the hot tub is 100% the best one we’ve been in: set in rocks and nestled among the trees, cafe lights, tree frogs chirping, big sky above. 👨🏻‍🍳👌 This cabin is a seven hour drive for us, and we’re already planning when we can go back just to unplug and relax.

And I thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at Michael’s cabin up in the woods. It is located around 15 minutes from Max patch Mountain peak and we were able to go and enjoy the sunrise and sunset around four times during our stay. Trust general Store is a lovely Local shop around 20 minutes from the Airbnb. Hot Springs was a peaceful 45 minute drive through the mountains away. We had a wonderful time and plan to be back in the future!

Everything was convenient, comfortable, well-supplied; I place I would stay if I were to be in that area again.

The cabin was so beautiful and peaceful. I loved the screened in front porch and rocking chairs. The whole cabin was nice and up to date. I loved the special touches such as air purifiers, a baby crib, coffee and comfy covers on the bed.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The quiet and peaceful location was exceptional. l Chris's responsiveness was also exceptional. I was having an issue with the TV in the main room, and Chris was very responsive even getting an IT person to help me get the problem resolved. In addition I got confused about my departure date and Chris was very kind and patient with me as I had to scramble to get out of the cabin and it was a late departure but he was so kind to extend grace to me . A great host and a wonderful location.

We loved the cabin so much! Beautiful views and location and the hot tub was perfect! So quiet and secluded we loved it!!!

The place was wonderful! It’s the perfect combination of rustic and cozy, with beautiful views of the Smokes. My husband and I definitely felt at home durning our stay. We had a wonderful time unplugging, and feeling like we were away from others, but less then 10 minutes from the local Walmart, for those last minute forgot to packs! Jeff is a great host, and gets back in a timely matter.
