We arrived late and were relieved to see Denise’s place—it is very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. Denise is very responsive and was always available before and during our stay. Grinnell is a great spot with a real downtown and lovely college. Denise’s spot is in walking distance to both. The three of us were very comfortable during our stay. The air mattress, by the way, is deluxe. And, the coffee supplies were generous.

Beautiful location! Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life and yet close enough to our family we were visiting. Peaceful! Lovely covered porch to enjoy nature!

We were in the area for the Pella Tulip Festival with pur business. Cole's home was perfect, well stocked, Cole and Victoria were both responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I was showing goats at the fairgrounds and needed a comfortable place for the weekend. This apartment was perfect. I was at the fairgrounds for most of the time but the unit was clean, hot shower was appreciated and the bed was sooo soft. I ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant just up the road and everything was so convenient. I’ll definitely be back next year.
