The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Honeysuckle Cottage

The cottage was renovated in 2021. The cottage is lovely bright & airly open plan with a new kitchen & central heating throughout. Upstairs theres a family bathroom & master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom although its a bunk bed the top bunk is a bit of tight squeeze so definitely couldn't take an adult. All towels and linen included (apart from beach towels). Outside there is a private patio & shared grassed area with picturesque stream at the bottom.
