The city center of Hünfeld with its cafes, shops and restaurants can be reached by the Bürgerpark in about 15 minutes on foot. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena at the Wasserkuppe can be reached in about 35 minutes. Fulda can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Ein eigenes Zimmer bietet sich an zum arbeiten oder für spieleabende, auf Wunsch lässt es sich aber auch schnell zum Kinderzimmer umfunktionieren.
