With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Engine shed in the old train station **Industrial Style**

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Our cozy accommodation is located in a quiet environment in Koblenz, Neuendorf in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine bank. It is located on the 2nd floor and is well equipped. It is about a 2-minute walk to the Rhine bank, where there is also public, free parking. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach from the property in a 4-minute walk. Next to the bus stop, there is a bakery, kebab, Asian snack bar, pharmacy, and savings bank.

The light-flooded, open-plan apartment is located in Sankt Sebastian. From there it is only a few kilometers to the Rhine-Mosel city of Koblenz. Koblenz and its surroundings offer numerous attractions. Such as the German corner, the geyser in Andernach as well as castles and palaces. You can also reach the Städe Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied in 5 minutes on foot by public transport. The apartment is 74 square meters and is located on the upper floor.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.
