Hiking, equestrian, or mountain biking trails pass in front of the house. The lakes and sites to visit are all very close, accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by car. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Great for families or groups of friends. 3-star rating. As the house is located in the middle of the village, it is imperative to respect the neighborhood. Outdoor music, evening/night noise are not possible. Ideal place to visit Burgundy and Puisaye.
