Welcome to my bright apartment on the 4th floor of a bourgeois building, it has a 16 m² green terrace overlooking a magnificent canopy. The living room is bathed in light and opens onto the terrace with a view of the sky and trees. The apartment is very quiet, it is located in the historic city center, in the lively and popular part. Once inside, you'll feel like you're out of the city. On 4th floor, there is no elevator and my very discret cat is there. Cleaning price is incluse !
