The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

Luxurious house by the sea in Mandraki, the capital of Nisyros island. The house (member of “Loloma Homes - Greece”) is located in the heart of the old town in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Mandraki in front of a lovely square & under the Oxos mountain with the Spiliani monastery. From the spacious terrace you can relax enjoying the beautiful sunset. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars, as well as the famous volcanic beach of Chochlakia is less than 2 minutes walk from home.

Dům se nachází v oblasti Mandraki na ostrově Nisyros. Dům má celkem dvě patra, ve sníženém přízemí se nachází dvě ložnice - jedna s manželskou postelí a koupelnou, druhá s patrovou postelí a koupelnou. Obě koupelny disponují sprchovým koutem a toaletou. V prvním patře je vybavená kuchyň s jídelním stolem a obývací pokoj s TV. Na střeše domu se nachází terasa, ze které je nádherný výhled na moře a klášter Panagia Spiliani. K dispozici je ložní prádlo a ručníky a bezplatné WI-FI připojení.

Cloud House on Nisyros Island

Cloud House is in the mountain village of Emporios, with views into the semi-active volcano on one side and the Eastern Aegean Sea on the other. It's the ideal base for a network of rustic hiking trails and paths offering breathtaking views in all directions, leading in and around the volcano, passing natural thermal baths as well as many of the churches of the island of which there are over 100. This is an encounter with sci-fiesque landscapes and an experience that spans the ages.

Sterna Residence

Sterna Residence, located in the medieval castle of Emporeios, is a traditional two-storey tower of the mid 17th Century. It collapsed, along with the rest castle after the devastating earthquake of 1933. Its restoration was completed in 2014 designed by Greg Haji Joannides and restored by architect Giorgos Tsironis. Restoring the authentic architecture of the building was achieved thanks to following the traditional building manner and using the genuine building materials.

OUR HOUSE IS COMPLETELY RENOVATED, COMPLETED IN 2019. THERE IS A LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND FIREPLACE. 2 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS, A TOTAL OF 6 PEOPLE CAN STAY HERE. ONE OF THE DOUBLE BEDS IS LOCATED IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, EASILY ACCESSIBLE VIA A LADDER. IDEAL FOR CHILDREN. THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS EACH WITH SHOWER AND TOILET. FURTHERMORE, A PATIO WITH AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE OUTDOOR AREA HAS A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE AND A LEVEL LOWER A COVERED DINING AREA.

5 minutes away : -The center of the island (Restaurants-Cafes-Bars) -One of the most beautiful beaches (Chochlaki ) -Monastery (Panagia Spiliani) -Archaeological Museum Next to the house there is a path that lead you to the castle (10 minutes away). The house is located in Madraki, in the oldest neighborhood of Nisyros, Lagadi. Our ancestors used the castle stones to build this house in 1889.

Traditional furnished house on Nisyros island in one of the four villages called Emporios with a great balcony view of the sea and Kos island and a mountain view full of trees and green. The house is 5 minutes from the main village square where there are traditional restaurants.
