excellent place and a great host. highly recommended. only thing - you have to be prepared to commute by car or scooter as the place is 3-4 km away from the center. or walk if you feel like it, it's not impossible, but will take time. Giorgos is a very nice and responsive host, as good as it gets.

Superb Villa with a great view over the sea! Pool was lovely! Inventory on top and short of nothing. At the beginning, we only had broken that were quickly fixed with good communication via Lisa. We would love to come back here in a minute. In the village downstairs many good and cheaper restaurants with dinner every night sunset right in front of you. Thank you for your stay, Björn and Lisa. We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

We went for two days , the experience was magical. Away from everything in peace . The cottage was clean and tidy. The toilet was outside the room. They make barbecue every night, for 1400 Lira per person . The food was delicious . The owner Ali and the workers there Mohammed and the ladies all friendly and welcoming. You can find nearby hidden beaches. We loved the experience in general. And don’t forget to meditate under the stars at night ✨✨

This place was so homey and inviting. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Eva took care of us so well. I even lost my phone in a taxi and Eva was able to get it back to me that evening. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her Also, her restaurant makes the most delicious food. Better than some of the other restaurants in the area. So thankful my family was able to have a fantastic summer vacation here. Can’t wait to return I still need to get my frozen margarita❤️

Last week we stayed with our 2 children (16 and 20) in the Epta House with swimming pool of Sia for one week. We really enjoyed it! The house and pool fully met our expectations, as was the decor the finish. The house is in a quiet private area and there is a private parking space. Sia is a very nice, friendly host. She is helpful and happy to think with you. We are therefore only very positive about the house and Sia are. And of course we would love to come back!

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

If you’re looking for a place to relax & escapee from the stresses of daily life, then this is the place. Takis’ house is well equipped & has everything you need. The views are mesmerising. Takis is very friendly & helpful. We normally walk everywhere & rely on public transport, but it’s probably advisable to hire a car if you’re staying in Emporios. We would definitely recommend Takis’ house.

Very very comfortable house in an extremely desirable location on the island near the port. Katerina is an excellent host, very responsive and very accomodating to every request. I would recommend Katerina and her house to anyone that wants to have an authentic stay on the island. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

Staying at Amalia's house was the best summer decision we have made. Such a unique and lovely place, in the best village of Nisyros island. Amalia has decorated the house in a harmonic way. We cannot find words to express our gratitude to her creation. The balcony overlooking the Aegean horizon, the garden of relaxation with lights and candles. the additional garden under in the bedrooms area. I am really interested in this architectural approach. Everything is convenient... they have even a tent to borrow, or a carrier for your super market shopping from the parking. If you find this Appartment available do not even hesitate to book it. Also, we have stayed for 6 nights and 7 days in the island and we needed much more.. the last is mentioned as many say it is a small island, what can we do in there? Trust me there are plenty of things you can do and you will enjoy. Thank you very much Amalia for warming our hearts for the oncoming winter with your amazing energetic house. Thank you!!!

Great, clean Airbnb with enough space and comfortable infrastructure. Communication with the host is excellent. Check-in & out is super easy and flexible. We really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely recommend to rent a car while staying there, because Pili itself is not near the sea. Pili is not very touristic and the people that we met in the village are really friendly. The only problem we had is that the Wifi didn't work for two days, but other than that, it was really perfect.

A lovely property in the hills of the island, with no neighbors and a stunning sea view, featuring different outdoor spaces for various times of the day. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living areas are spacious, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The entire place is decorated with great taste and character.

The ease of getting to and from this home was SO nice! It is updated nicely, clean and well furnished. Everything was as advertised but what was above and beyond was the help from Marianna with check-in, to car rental to check out. I highly recommend this place for several people to stay.

Great location. Everything one wants to spend some quality time on the island we got it.

Betty's house is wonderful, as is Betty herself. The location right by the small beach, central yet very quiet. Super. The traditional family house is lovingly furnished. Due to the construction and the many windows you can ventilate it wonderfully and it stays nice and cool. Despite the heat wave, we only needed the air conditioning twice in 10 days. An oasis is also the back porch vin bougainvillien overgrown and perfect for breakfast and lunch. It has everything you need and the kitchen is also very well furnished. Will come again any time!

Kalliope's place is located on the main street than runs through Mandraki main town. Spacious, comforting and located near all of the towns offerings. Kalliope will give you food reccomendations, suggestions for beaches and other local attractions like the island's volcano.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed out. Jo was extremely helpful, communicative and flexible as Greek ferry timetables were not out at the time of booking. She organised a pick up & drop off for us and the cottage was absolutely gorgeous. It was stylish, very roomy & comfortable and had everything you need; we didn’t want to leave. There was helpful information on things to do and a hiking trail book that was invaluable. Her place is peaceful and at one with nature. Numerous places to sit outside & enjoy the vistas. The taverna Palio Meraki is a traditional Greek taverna and was friendly and delicious & there is a supermarket close by for any provisions you need. The people of Megalo Chorio are so friendly, we were welcomed and made to feel part of the place. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Very cosy little traditional house. Beautiful atmosphere and very calm, just above the island’s capital. We loved our stay there. Highly recommend.

All places Maria rents are located at the entrance of the wonderful village of Nikia. Great location, superb views on the sea and/or the crater. The terrasses are amazing and the houses or studios offer all you need. Simple and tasteful deco. Maria was very quick in her communication and very helpful. Great place to experience some time far from mass tourism ! The beautiful little port/beach of Avlaki is 10-15 minutes away by motorbike or car. Emborio and the road to the volcano are 5 km away, 10-15 minutes away too. The village church is 3 minutes away walking. Atmosphere in Nikia is so special at night and when tourists are not here. (They come by buses and never stay long). Great place to explore Nisyros in a remote area. Interesting small Volcano Museum right next to Maria's places. A new gourmet restaurant also. And two restaurants near the church on the wonderful little plaza. Goats and cows. No more than 100 inhabitants in the village during summer. Something like 15 the rest of the year. Breathtaking views on the volcano in many spots around. Stayed for 2 weeks, wish I can be back.
