My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

Yassine's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice and the location is perfect if you want to be at a location that has easy access to public transport. It is a great spot if you want to visit Disneyland and explore Paris as it is almost equi-distant from both places! Highly recommend :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris! Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war super, wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrik war einfach und freundlich, er hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und alles ausführlich erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ronan est un hôte chaleureux et accueillant ! Ma famille et moi, avons passé des bons moments. L’appartement est cosy, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison ☀️ Le plus, la sécurité de l’emplacement et l’immeuble ainsi que ça place de stationnement couverte !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sogar größer, als wir aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hatten. Wir haben mehrere Wohnungen mit kleinen Kindern besucht. Was diese Wohnung besonders gut macht, ist das alles vorhanden ist (von Küchengeräten bis zu Spielzeug). Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang von der Wohnung zur Metrostation. Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung. Lauriane ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung für Familien, die Paris besuchen möchten.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

Un appartement en résidence situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants en tout genre accessibles sans avoir à prendre les transports en commun. Il était également à côté d'espaces verts chouettes pour se balader et se dépenser. L'appartement en lui-même est bien équipé, spacieux et bien rangé, avec une terrasse assez grande. Vraiment rien à redire j'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

Wir haben vor Kurzem 5 Tage mit unserer Tochter hier verbracht und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist super und Vorallem sehr ruhig. Bis zum Metro geht man ca 8 min und bis zum Eiffelturm dauert es ca 20 min. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Kontakt immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles hat absolut reibungslos funktioniert :) das besondere Extra ist natürlich der kostenlose Stellplatz in der Garage. So musste man sich keine Gedanken machen, wo man sein Auto lässt. Denn das Parken an der Straße ist unmenschlich teuer. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub und wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder!! :)

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
