Keep it simple at this bright, peaceful and centrally-located place. Secure residence (badge, video surveillance) quiet and well maintained in front of the ARCADES shopping center (all shops) and the RER A (1 min walk). Ideal for travelers wishing to go to Disneyland while remaining close to Paris: center of Paris in 20 minutes or Disneyland/Val d'Europe shopping center in 20 minutes. Very good location, easy to access. Newly renovated apartment, clean and well maintained.

Garden level with separate entrance from the garden side. Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (barbecue, table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.
