Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

We stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it! Everything was thoughtfully prepared – from the cozy bed to the pleasant scent in the room. Clean, stylish, and made with care. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. Steven (the owner ) was very attentive, always available but never intrusive. He kindly let us check in early and didn’t rush us out at checkout. The location is super convenient, with everything you need nearby. It truly felt like home – just without the chores :) Thank you for the warm welcome, we’ll definitely be back!

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice apartment fully equipped and clean. Great location close to local markets, restaurants and the subway. Aurélie was very nice and flexible. Greatly recommend!

We could walk to many museums from the apartment. Decent restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious. Alix was very responsive to our inquiries and gave great advice. This was a great place to stay in comfort while visiting and exploring Paris!

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

Great space for larger groups or families - clean and spacious. RER B is super close and only takes 20 minutes to the city. The beds and linnens were very comfortable and the top floor bedrooms have AC - very welcome when it was 35c during our stay. Kitchen very well equipped, even for groups.

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. My family and I loved this trip to Paris!I look forward to coming to Paris again.

The price-quality ratio is really very good. Didier is a super host. Responded quickly, came up with tips about our stay and was very friendly and relaxed. The accommodation could have been a little cleaner on arrival, but it was not a big problem. All in all, had a super stay!

Very beautiful, clean and spacious apartment! Lovely view from the balcony. Alkyum was very friendly and responsive. Supermarket and train station nearby. Excellent value for your money. Highly recommended!

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Mine was a last-minute booking, and I had informed Lien about my allergies, asking her to double-check the cleanliness if possible. She made sure to give the please "an extra scrub" the way I had asked her to. Her manner of communication was extremely proactive throughout, and she ensured that she was there in person to receive me and followed up regularly till I arrived. Her house is located in a secure building and is beautiful, calming, and impeccably well-kept with both bath & kitchen essentials, and all subscriptions on the TV. She even provides high-quality slippers that her guests can wear inside the house. The bathrooms are quite small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in terms of space, but that does not detract from the upkeep and comforts the house offers. It's more about how space is scarce in Paris. It's in a wonderful area, with easy connections, but also lovely to simply amble around. I would definitely stay here when I return to Paris and recommend it to everyone.

Delphine is a hyper responsive host. The apartment is clean in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need available. Shopping center, train station and bus stop nearby, I recommend it. 👌🏾

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
