Monthly Rentals in NoLo

Carmen's place is a fantastic value, offering a spacious and private spot near the metro. The studio apartment is larger and stocked with more amenities than many other Airbnbs I've encountered in Italy for comparable prices. Carmen, herself, is a wonderful host, and was very accommodating of our request to stow our bags after check-out due to our late flight. The location, though convenient, isn't in the nicest neighbourhood, but we never felt unsafe. If you're okay with that, I would definitely suggest booking a stay at Carmen's.

Had a lovely few days stay, Nataliya is super responsive and helpful. She met us at the property to show us around and gave us helpful advice for the area. Very clean accommodation and great location just above the metro connecting everything!!

Once again we returned to this home away from home. Mauro has literally thought of everything. The only thing I would add is an air fryer - lol. It’s a wonderful place that looks even better than the pictures and the cleanliness really is top notch. Thanks Mauro for maintaining a great standard.

I booked a month at Chiara’s apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe in the building and neighbourhood. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and well-equipped. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. Chiara was an outstanding host — thoughtful, responsive, and clearly attentive to every detail. She really goes above and beyond: the apartment was stocked with everything from snacks and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen and ample cleaning supplies. She gave me excellent local recommendations for experiences and dining in Milan. You can tell she genuinely wants her guests to feel at home. I can’t recommend Chiara’s place highly enough — it was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. A wonderful stay with a wonderful host. 10/10 — I hope to be back!
