From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

The cottage, a former hunting lodge of the neighboring forestry, is located on the edge of the forest in “Neustädtles”, a village of 130 souls that, apart from a village street, two churches and a castle, has nothing but peace and quiet to offer. Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Stylish accommodation for up to 7 people in the former Rodholz country school at the foot of the Wasserkuppe. The heart of the apartment is the large, light-flooded living room with a large kitchen, wood-burning stove and dining area. The apartment includes a large wooden terrace with access to the garden and the large property.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.
