Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking is available outside the cottage. Charging for electric cars is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 minutes to Kolmården. 5 minutes from the E4 highway.

Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm. Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.
