Holiday rentals with a home cinema in North Carolina

Olivia and Nick were super nice! Very responsive and helpful. We were there for my son’s wedding. 30 minutes to Asheville airport. Min to restaurants and shops. House is looking all brand new and upgraded. So clean and nicely decorated. Although it’s a basement apartment, but lot of natural lights. A great kitchen with nice appliances. No stairs from the back door to get in. Very quiet and private place, and facing the woods. A nice, huge projector in Family room. We stayed for 9 nights. Hope we get the chance to go back and stay there again! Do not hesitate to book it. You’ll love it!

Carolyn was a very attentive host, her response time was very quick and she was very accommodating! I enjoyed her place as it was very cozy and such a relaxing atmosphere. There was lots to do in the area as far as outdoor activities and the nearby town was gorgeous. Highly enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend!

It's so bright and lovely. It looked just like the pictures. The beds and couch are comfy and the area has great coffee shops and places to eat. Babette was a wonderful host and very responsive. We are looking forward to coming back.

Our family (including dogs) had a good stay for a horse event at the harness track. Condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything that we needed, even forgotten toiletries! Megan was a great host and extremely responsive, especially when the husband couldn’t quite find the condo.

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and a park which has a Farmers market on Monday and Friday night music. Restaurants and stores very close by

Really awesome basement apartment! There were swan folded towels and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The sauna & spas were really nice!

Smelled divine in the apartment, Great location and facilities are beautiful. You navigate in and out with an app that can take some time getting use too but it was very secure which I love. I have already recommended the place to others

I have stayed at a ton of Airbnb’s and this one was by far one of my favorites! The location was perfect and the house itself couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again and so should you!

WOW WOW WOW! Planned my family vacation that brought all my kids and grands together - we came in from NY/GA/NC to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. This house far surpassed my expectations - the house was perfection with so much room, games available for all ages, the kids LOVED the popcorn machine downstairs with popcorn ready to enjoy - what a lovely touch - dog bowls for the pups was so sweet. The view to the lake was incredible - how fantastic to wake up and sit outside with a cup of coffee - great start to the day. Having the kayaks and paddle boards available to use was enjoyed by all. Grocery store 10 minutes away and then you could just hang at the house because it had everything you could possibly need to cook/grill and relax. The fire pit was also a hit with singing laughing and making s'mores in the evening after a full day of adventures. We all had so much fun that we hope we can make this an annual family trip!! Plans are already being made!!

This is such a gorgeous and lovely space. It was perfect for our group and allowed many areas to be together and have space for ourselves. Super clean and the kitchen is well organized and has everything you need! Can’t thank the hosts enough for accommodating us on such short notice. We had a great trip! Would absolutely recommend and book again.

Our HVAC system needed repair and we needed a place to stay immediately. Carlos was very nice and accommodating. We reserved for two days but the HVAC was complete faster than expected so we only stayed one night. The house was cute and comfortable. I would definitely use this as a place for family to stay when they are in town.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy being outside. House was amazing and clean, absolutely loved watching movies in the movie theater, and loved swimming in the pool.

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

thank you for maintaining such a fantastic space. From the moment we entered it felt like home. With the venue being in the 3rd floor you were giving an amazing view far above the reeds of the expansive wetlands. Being so responsive it left me the time & mental bandwidth to spend precious time with my family since I work states away. Hear me clear you will not find a better bnb in the area & should the chance arise for an available stay, you should just to know what a proper professional bnb is like. thank you again for the opportunity & great experience.

I'm going to do my best to put into words how amazing Valerie is as a host! My family had an emergency which required us to find an airbnb for an indefinite amount of time and Valerie was always quick to respond and happy to accommodate with extending our stay. We were thrust into a very stressful and drawn out ordeal getting our home back in a liveable condition, the ups and downs of dealing with homeowners insurance, and trying our best to carry on with life as normal. The one thing that kept us sane and provided us with a sense of security, was knowing we had a safe, clean. and beautiful home to lay our heads down at night. I truly cannot express my gratitude for Valerie or begin to describe how much of an amazing human being she is! Valerie will forever hold a place in my heart for the kindness she showed my family when we were at our lowest! Thank you, Valerie!

Sheila’s place was perfect! It matches what the description says. This is the most lovely and comfortable stay we had in Chapel Hill. Will definitely like to book it again!

Beautiful views and great house for a weekend getaway. Little far from town but worth it for the serenity.

Very clean and spacious , Myra communicates well about and was always helpful when needed . The complex is not the quietest but still overall a great stay !

We had a great trip there easy access to the beach not a lot of traffic and not too many people we loved it !

I am in love with Sharon’s listing! The most relaxing and genuine spot to be near the water and experience the calmness of the area! Sharon made herself available as we needed and allowed us to be as solitude as we wanted! I actually can’t wait to be there again!
