Apartment holiday rentals in North Chicago

Laura was a great host.. there was a small plumbing problem that was nobody’s fault… texted her immediately and she had a team there immediately to fix the problem! She kept in contact with us the whole time.. and the place was absolutely perfect… a plus the beds were soooo comfortable!

This apartment was the cutest, coziest place! It looked just like the pictures and was extremely clean and comfortable. The way this home was remodeled is like a modern farmhouse and very tastefully decorated. The size was just right for my husband and me, and the location was perfect for everything we needed to do on this trip. Suzanne and Andy were great hosts who thought of just about everything you would need. They were extremely responsive and provided great instructions for check-in and check out; literally everything was exactly as the instructions stated. They also didn't overburden us with a laundry list of rules. If we ever have a need to stay in that area in the future, we would definitely check Kidahl House first. Thank you, Suzanne and Andy, for such a great stay!

Olman's apartment was perfect for our stay in Wakegan. We wanted something close to the Navy base because we were there for our son's graduation. The apartment was only about a 7 minute drive to base. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities I could want. Olman kept in contact with me during the stay and was super helpful.

Great 1st floor town home on the boarder between Rogers Park and Evanston, right on the waters of Lake Michigan. Lots of sunlight (and able to watch the sunrise over Lake Michigan in the morning) and a couple of parks next door. The bathrooms (especially the showers) were great--full size, nice water pressure. I was able to work remotely while I was there without any issues. As others have noted, parking is on the street; but if you're proactive or book with Spot Hero or similar, it's very manageable. I really enjoyed my stay!

The apartment was impeccably clean. Was traveling for business had everything needed. It is loft style with open bedroom ceiling. Restaurants nearby

Kasey and her husband were awesome host!!They were kind & responsive! My friend and I come during a time in winter and Kasey was very quick to keep us warm! Although they do have a child it was very rare when we were disruptive by noise! Love the vibes of the Airbnb and the fact that I felt like home says something! I definitely recommend staying here. Such a co beautiful and peaceful area as well.

A-MAZ-ING stay! My wife and I had such a blast in Chicago. GOGO was very kind and inviting, good energy! The place was exactly what we wanted with all the amenities. Sparking water in the fridge which was a treat after waking 18k everyday. As a runner, there was plenty of sidewalk and things to see. I recommend running up LEAVITT to 18th street and take 18th down for a nice 3 to 5 mile run. The L train “pink line “ was close and walking back at night we felt relatively safe. I would high recommend staying here in Pilsen area the next time you are in Chicago. Mahalo

The location was convenient and everything was within walking distance. Maureen was so helpful and responsive to whatever I needed. She is a great host and the trip was perfect!

Johana’s place is beautiful and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of room to sit and relax. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and walkable. There’s lots of things to do a couple blocks over. The directions for checking in and out are clear and well explained. There’s a keurig machine and even some coffee stuff left to use. That is definitely helpful. There’s also a water and ice maker on the fridge which is very handy. Lots and lots of natural light with all the windows. Loved it!! I can’t say one bad thing about this stay. I hope to come back again.

We had a great time staying at the Hideaway Apartment in Palatine! It was easy to get inside and the apartment was nice. The place was very clean and organized, we felt very comfortable! There is a second floor deck, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! It was easy communicating with the hosts, overall it was a great experience staying at the Hideaway, would recommend!

First time in Chicago and it couldn’t have gone better. The location was perfect due to our “tourist” activities, everything was pretty much walkable, and if not, the uber was relatively cheap. The room itself caught my wife and I COMPLETELY off guard. It was spacious, cozy, BEAUTIFUL aesthetic, and very, very comfortable. All in all, our stay here made my first time in Chicago a trip to remember. If I ever decide to come back, I will definitely be staying here again.

Loved staying at Joes place. We found pickleball and bike trails near to us as well as many restaurant options. Very walkable community.

Chris and Preeti’s place was the perfect getaway spot for me and my partner on his birthday weekend! The loft is a bright, homey and beautifully decorated, and we loved the downtime we had there to read, have breakfast and sample from the super fun VHS collection. We were also really impressed by their local guidebook, which pointed us to some of our favorite meals and experiences of the trip! The neighborhood is peaceful and very green, walkable to buses, and Chris and Preeti were hugely helpful, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend and hope we can come back!

Run, don't walk, to book this location for your Chicago stay. The view of the Chicago skyline is perfect, even better than if you stayed in Downtown itself, sometimes all you see is the wall of another building and no view. The instructions how to get there are very clear, if you're a little intimidated like I was about going to a big city never fear. The instructions are clear, easy to follow, and transit is close by to take you wherever you want to go. Overall great trip, thank you!

We came for our daughter’s graduation and stayed a few extra days to tour the city. This place was perfectly located for both occasions. It was much more spacious than we expected, and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the fresh towels and beddings. Our only wish is that the beds were a bit larger, especially the double bed, which would be more comfortable for a couple if it were at least a queen size. That said, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay - definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences!

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

We stayed with my family for 3 days n loved the place it's ambience, cleanliness, very well equipped with all the necessities.....this place definitely feels like home and the hosts are very kind and quick with there response. Wherever in future I am coming to chicago shall book this place.

David and his co-host were excellent. Our family enjoyed our stay. We used to live in the Bronzeville area and love the new additions to the neighborhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

SPECTACULAR!! This space is how you should visit Chicago. Breath taking views from this 33rd floor luxury penthouse apartment lives up to the hype. Our family of six were extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. And for a person that likes cooking, the kitchen is spacious. Don’t pass on seeing Chicago from the views in this beautiful apartment.

Sentral worked great for us going to a graduation for a long weekend. Unit is exactly as described, modern, and clean. Kitchen utensils are reasonable while shelves and refrig are empty save for some coffee so if going to cook/eat be sure to bring everything such as butter, spices, etc. - a Trader Joes is 3 blocks away. Price is not cheap but is very convenient and easy so on balance okay for us. Front desk is very helpful and cheerful.

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.
