We spent a brilliant couple of nights in this apartment! It actually exceeded our expectations; comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated - the apartment is far lovelier than the photos showed! We were attending our daughters graduation at the philharmonic hall and the location could not have been better - literally a 5 minute walk away from there and a 10 minute walk into the town centre. I I would return here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool!

Zoe and her lovely family were very welcoming and made us feel at home. bed was very comfy and the location is close to Newtown without being in Newtown. perfect. would love to stay again.

Our lads stayed here whilst travelling for work. They enjoyed their stay.

Wow! What an amazing night we had in flat 3 of number 47! Beautiful views, the apartment was pristine and well decorated. Loved that it was part of the hotel. The free parking was great too. This accommodation saved our short trip, which had turned into a nightmare having booked elsewhere to then have been catfished and left in horrible accommodation with an aggressive owner! We absolutely adored our stay at number 47, just a shame it was only one night, we shall be back again and stay for longer! Thank you for saving our trip!

Unfortunately, the Accomodation that we’d booked wasn’t available, but Paul and his team upgraded us to an alternative. All rooms were clean and warm and felt very secure. Limited dining space, but I would imagine that most people visiting Liverpool for a weekend would probably want to dine out anyway. Walking distance to the docks made the Accommodation perfect for a weekend break. Would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Liverpool.

Stepped in at last minute to provide accommodation when I was let down. Place was so beautiful and location was perfect. Host stayed in touch, provided lots of info and was very flexible. Even provided a little care package as I was so stressed! Will defo book again!

Loved being on Rodney street. Very central, whilst also not too hectic with folks passing by at night n day. Ten mins walk to lime Street and centre of city, whilst also by loads of buses etc to get around. Particularly good price weekdays, which was handy for me to bring my brother for first trip up in 30 years. Windows open a little, which I need for airflow. Good size bedrooms and blackout curtains. Proper oven and fridge freezer so you can cook but also alot of basic and bougie places to eat. A city of character and heart even when students are pouring in 😎

Victoria is a great host who was always responsive with clear communications. Spotless property in a great location. Wouldn't hesitate booking again in the future.

Very clean, host had very good communication. It was a good location as it is only around a 7 minute walk to the shops but it was a bit noisy. Nothing the host can do about that so overall very nice.

숙소가 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 모든 시설이 좋았습니다. 특히 교통이 아주 편리해서 시내버스나 고속버스 이용하는데 아주 편리했습니다. 다시 리버풀에 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

Great place just on edge of town centre. Very clean and quiet. Hosts was very helpful. The key getting in was a little stiff. Down a little turn to get to house so can be easily missed. Great place

We loved our stay at Adam’s place. It’s right in the heart of Liverpool next to the cavern quarter, so be prepared for loud noise at night but it is what to expect in the city centre. It was perfect for us & the double beds were so comfortable. There is a slug and lettuce opposite the flat for good value drinks and Liverpool pier is a 10 min walk away. We hope to return in future :-)

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and check in, hosts were probably the most responsive hosts I have ever had on a booking! Super helpful and friendly, usually got a response if not straight away no more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend and would book again.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße, weshalb man abends im Schlafzimmer noch einige Autos hören kann, aber nach 0 Uhr wurde es ruhiger. Die Gegend selbst ist sehr ruhig. Man hört kaum etwas von den umliegenden Häusern. Im Allgemeinen war alles so wie beschrieben. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt nebenan, Ein Supermarkt (Lidl) ist in 2 min. zu erreichen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnte ausgetauscht werden, da es sehr abgenutzt war. Der Rest war tadellos. Der Kontakt mit Richard war immer sehr gut. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen oder eine von Richards anderen Unterkünften buchen. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
