Our guests anonymity is always of primary importance yet one guest, President Biden and Dr Jill Biden, opted to announce their stay. Upon his departure from our house, President Biden said “We had a wonderful stay and would have liked to stay longer”. The house lends itself to fun, this unofficial case study house(Architectural Digest Design Competition 1945-1966) is by its design well lit by natural light and allows that outside in feeling. The inside has everything you want, from an epicurean kitchen, large screened TVs, a Yamaha conservatory grand piano, choice guitars and comfortable furniture and beds to a magnificent backyard view. There is a table and chairs to relax and entertain or just take in the aroma of whatever is cooking on the out door gas grill. If there's too much sun or there's some rain coming in the cathedral ceiling covering the patio will keep you outside and content and “the host is second to none” President Joe Biden. The entire home is impeccably maintained. There’s a drive in attached garage and well seal-coated driveway ready for whatever chalk art your children or you are ready to do. The property is manicured like a golf course and it will lure you outside to practice your golf swing, play catch with your kids or even play a game of football or baseball. There’s also a basket ball hoop at the end of the driveway. There is always a couple of muti speed bikes and helmets in the garage for your use(winter upon request). We also have children’s bikes sized from 20 inch wheels and up. Recently we have added a Super 73 electric bicycle to the line up(to be placed in service by May 31 2019). The house is located on a bike path that courses thru pepper pike and beachwood and the chagrin valley. In fact there is a dedicated bike lane on the street that this home is located. The house lends itself to fun. The home by its design is well lit by natural light and allows that “outside in” feeling. On the inside there is everything you want. The family room complete with leather sofa and chairs are - fall asleep comfortable. The television has all the stations you could ever ask for and the internet is fast and has a great “ampilfi” wifi system. The breakfast area has comfy swivel seats and nice size table and at least 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows to look out into that back yard The kitchen has only the best appliances such as Sub Zero, Bosch, and DeLongi (fully automatic esspresso late machine) to name just a few. The first floor also has a laundry room. It is complete with a new speed queen washer and dryer. Detergent and softener will also be there. The dining and living room are spacious and very well a-pointed. Under the chandelier the dining room table looks out at the park like expansive backyard. The backyard porch has a magnificent view. There is table and chairs to relax and entertain or just take in the aroma of whatever is cooking on the out door gas grill. Now if theres too much sun or theres some rain coming in the cathedral ceiling covering the patio will keep you outside and content. The floor to ceiling windows of the living room and dining room of the house has a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, a cabinet of board games, and a large television and Sony Playstation 4 attached and ready for use. The new yamaha C3 conservatory grand piano is always poised and ready to play as well as a Gibson Les Paul, Paul Reed Smith S2 Studio Limited McCarty, left handed Paul Smith Reed custom, Gretsch Bass guitars and a Vox amp. If you play or not we keep them tuned. The seating in this large great room are soft and comfortable. The grandfather clock greets you at the landing of the staircase. Some people like the chimes others don’t. It can be silenced for nights or for your entire stay. The upstairs are magnificent. The rooms are clean. Freshly painted and floors refinished. The beds are new. The king and full and twins are firm and soft. They are all gel foam technology mattresses including the the trundle bed. Screens are available if you don't like air conditioning and want to hear the birds chirping. With this home it is comfortable in the summer without air. The trees that canopy over the home shield the top of the house so it doesn’t heat up but does not block out the sun. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and its very effective. You can make it feel like winter in July. If you’re traveling with an infant or toddler we have a boon adjustable high chair as well as a crib and an ibaby m7 baby monitor. The house is located in Pepper Pike and is considered one of the best communities in the nation. The house is gone over from top to bottom between guests for your ease of mind. I like to thank you for considering your stay with us and hope to assist you with your visit to Pepper Pike. Also the summer months are great but autumn is a spectacle of colors. The House could have a tree decorated for your arrival during Christmas stays. And if you like winter. We got it covered!ł Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a second-floor hall closet and the basement. Guests can call or text any time with questions or concerns. We live nearby so we’re always available when needed. We also offer housekeeping services for short stays. Frequency can be established at the beginning of the stay. There will also be occaisional interaction for basic maintenance of the house. However, we will call or text guests before coming to the house. The house is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Pepper Pike. It's beautiful, quiet, and safe. Year round it's common to see runners and bikers along the boulevard and trails. It's a desirable location close to great shopping and dining. While it is listed that there are dangerous animals on the premises. There aren’t any pets or dogs on the property however there is the natural indigenous wildlife of the area. These include chipmunks, squirrels, birds, deer, raccoon, possum, and fox. While they run thru the property they stay far from the house and our guests. If its close theres a couple bikes and helmets provided in the the garage(except winter). If you’re not that adventurous uber is very helpful. The bus stop is at Ursuline college which is about a quarter of a mile away. If you like trains. The green road rapid rail train will take you downtown to the the Indians or Browns stadium or the the Cavaliers arena. It also goes to the airport. Lots of people rent cars either traditionally or rent cars via smart aps on their phones. Any way you slice it, the location of this home is central to everything. If your visiting any of the area hospitals chances are your physician lives in Pepper Pike. They need to be able to get to their hospitals quickly and easily and the Pepper Pike service department enables this. The house will always be clean upon your arrival. We inspect and clean the entire house from top to bottom. Fresh cut flowers are maintained thru stay. The house comes with provisions so you don't have to go to the grocery store immediately. The coffee cupboards have tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and honey. The refrigerator has butter, milk, almond milk, bread, English muffins, orange juice, cream, yogurt, soda, beer and wine. The freezer has a few flavors of Mitchels Ice cream, Stouffers lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. The pantry has cereal, granola bars, chips, salsa, pancake mix and maple syrup and assorted jams. A bowl of fresh fruit and some extras. When away from the house, guests must close and lock the doors including the garage door. There is a video doorbell on exterior doors(tampering of any equipment is prohibited).

Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.
