Maison familiale avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. La chambre pour deux enfants est vraiment un gros point fort si vous venez avec des enfants ; plein de jouets et de quoi les occuper. L'emplacement est très paisible dans un petit quartier pavillonnaire en périphérie de la ville. Quelques balades à faire dans le coin à pieds, mais Il est fortement conseillé d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer plus facilement en ville ou plus loin dans les alentours. Le sauna dans la maison est aussi très sympa après une journée épuisante. Pour résumer, on a passé un très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable pour petits et grands.

I had an incredible time staying at Svetlana’s cabin! The location was perfect and a short drive to Santa Claus Village and the perfect getaway place to Lapland. The space itself was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and comfortable. Svetlana was very tentative and checkin on us to ensure we got everything we need. She even notify us the Aurora outside our cabin!

Beautiful and modern cottage quite close to Vuokatti and sports activities there. Soili was really helpful and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Hienot maisemat järvenselälle. Mukava kesämökki hyvällä sijainnilla. Kalastus ja Ärjänsaaressa käynti onnistui omalla veneellä, jonka sai ajettua mökin laituriin läheiseltä veneenlaskupaikalta. Astianpesukone ja sisäwc + suihku ehdottomasti plussaa.

An absolutely brilliant stay in beautiful Finnish countryside - about an hour from Oulanka and Hosea National Parks, each easily worth a day, the Ruka ski/bike resort, Ruuta’s Winter War museum, and much more. Our family was delighted to stay here - the house offers boating and paddle boarding and multiple saunas. We spent five nights and would have happily spent ten - we definitely hope to return!!

This was my second time staying at Sonja’s place. After my first visit in January I couldn’t wait to come back. Since this trip was in May I had the pleasure of experiencing this beautiful spot in two very different seasons. It is a beautiful magical place and I will be back again! Sonja is so kind and helpful.

Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva. La zona è semplicemente magica per chi cerca avventura e pace totale completamente immersi nella natura! La casetta è molto accogliente e comoda anche se alcune migliorie potrebbero incrementare il servizio: suggerirei una soluzione migliore per la doccia per non allagare il pavimento ogni volta che si usa la doccia, la scala per salire al piano di sopra è abbastanza scomoda perché molto ripida, la pulizia purtroppo lascia un po’ a desiderare (abbiamo trovato resti di cibo sotto a un divano e sotto a un mobile, più altri oggetti da buttare, in posti dove non sono stati trovati e quindi deduco nemmeno puliti). Segnalo questo solo per incrementare il servizio perché per il resto il posto è davvero meraviglioso e speciale e con qualche piccola accortezza in più, si può migliorare facilmente il sevizio. La sauna tradizionale finlandese è una meraviglia!

Todella hieno, toimiva ja hyvin varusteltu mökki. Erityisesti ruoan laitto sujui mukavasti kun keittiöstä löytyi hyvät välineet. Tilava, valoisa ja hienolla paikalla. Voidaan tulla toistekin.

Paikka näyttää paremmalta kuin kuvissa! Hyvät kulkuyhteydet ja kivan syrjässä merisärkän hulinasta. Suosittelen👍🏻

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

Maison exceptionnel dans un lieu exceptionnel. Hôte très réactif et super gentil! Nous avons passer des vacances exceptionnel dans cette maison magique ! Nous espérons revenir des que possible. La maison est bien plus belle que sur les photos !

Aapo's place is great, very cosy, at a walkable distance to supermarkets. he's also kept snow sleds in his backyard which the kids enjoyed using immensely. the property also has 6 bicycles that can be used freely. the house is squeaky clean with comfortable beds and smoke space to accommodate upto 8 guests, though there is one shower only. but the best thing about the accommodation is Aapo himself... he's the best Airbnb host we have ever encountered... he took us around lapland to remote, very beautiful terrains in his cozy campervan and also organised a lovely barbequeue right in the middle of a snowy trek which made the experience very memorable. as we were checking in late in the evening, he even organised some groceries for us which we requested so our next morning was comfortable. all in all, a great house but an even greater host.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön am Fluss gelegen. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr sauber und modern. Das Haus war abgelegen, sodass man Abends seine Ruhe hatte und ohne Fremdlicht Polarlichter beobachten konnte.

We was a family of 6 staying for a week over New Years ! The villa had everything, it was very clean and modern with open fires and comfortable lounges, it was lovely to relax in the evenings in the hot tub and sauna! Great position, with a lovely drive looking at all the other villas around , we were right at the end so looked right out to all the trees ! We would recommend to stay here but you will definitely need a car . Everything is only 5 mins away in car so coming back and going back out was no problem! Lotta , the host was very informative in arriving and departing and answered any questions we had on our stay immediately. Good choice 👍

Great place to stay in Rovaniemi. 10 mins ride from Santa Claus village and Arktikum, both must visit places in Rovaniemi. The house is very well equipped and has a nice sauna too. The kitchen is well stocked and overall it is value for money place to stay.

Aivan upea paikka! Kaikki mitä tarvitaan onnistuneeseen lomaan! Villa on moderni, rauhallisella paikalla ja tarpeeksi lähellä Rukan palveluita. Kaikki on erittäin laadukasta ja kaikkiin löytyy selkeät ohjeet eikä tarvitse itse miettiä, käyttääkö laitteita oikein. Huikea näköala, mitä voi ihailla sisältä ja ulkoa. Tulee fiilis, että kiitos, kun joku on laittanut tällaisen paikan vuokralle. Tämä paikka tuntuu kodilta, jossa kaikki yksityiskohdatkin on otettu huomioon. Lapsille ja aikuisille parasta oli saunoa ja kylpeä porealtaassa huikeissa maisemissa! Kiitos!

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were super friendly and responsive—always available when needed but respectful of privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, perfectly situated between Rovaniemi and Oulu. I’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the area. One of the absolute highlights was the sauna with its stunning view of the lake and sunset—truly priceless. The amenities were amazing and made the whole experience feel extra special. Fire place, sauna indoor and outdoor, hot tub. Everything for a spa feeling, which I really appreciated. I fully enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back!

Erinomainen, tosi mielelläni suosittelen seuraavillekin! Oli ilo tulla oikeasti siistiin mökkiin (monesti on vähän niin ja näin siisteyden kanssa). Tilavat oleskelutilat ja avokeittiö ja makuuhuoneet erillään, sopivat yhdessäoloon ja jokaiselle vähän omaa rauhaa. Lisäksi kellarin ja ylätasanteen sohvanurkkaukset antoivat teineille vielä hiukan lisää omaa tilaa. Talo oli tosi toimiva ja tyylikäs ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, jopa lautapelejä ja kirjoja. Antti vastasi kaikkiin viesteihin todella nopeasti ja kaikkiin kysymyksiin saatiin apu. Mielellään menemme toistekin.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy cottage! It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is peaceful, with stunning views. The hosts were friendly and made sure we had a great stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Jäkälä. Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes Design und die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Mökki vastasi erittäin hyvin kaikkea mitä sivustolla luvattiin, sekä majoittajalta tuli selkeät ohjeet ennen mjoitusta, oli helppo mennä mökille. Nautimme kovasti erittäin siististä ja viihtyisästä mökistä sekä ulkoporealtaasta. Voimme suositella muillekkin.

Dawno nie byliśmy w tak cudownym miejscu. Niesamowity, klimatyczny dom, pełen Muminków i wszystkich dogodności. Idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi i dla łowców zorzy polarnej. Świetny dojazd autobusem nr 8 do centrum, blisko market, w samym domu nie można się nudzić - pełno planszówek, książek o zabawek. Nawet jest w środku huśtawka. Całość uzupełnia sauna i jacuzzi. Pani właścicielka wspaniała. Totalna bajka ❤️

Unser Aufenthalt zu viert hat unseren Erwartungen total entsprochen - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder :) Besonders toll ist die ruhige Lage in wunderschöner Landschaft, die Sauna und die Grillhütte neben dem Haus :)
