Beautiful areas for swimming and fishing on the property and access to several hiking trails. SUP boards, trampoline, inflatable boat for kids and fishing rod. A huge private garden where you can pick fruit (apples, pears, plums) and with an abundance of blueberries in season (Jul-Sep). Only 200 meter to grocery store and bus stop. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
