Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Livbelter på vaskerommet som skal benyttes ved leie av båt, kayak, kano og for de som ønsker dette når du fisker eller har med barn. Pr person sengetøy + 2 stk handlede. Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

Vi leier ut vårt funkishus i Viga, i Spind. Huset er bygget i 2018, og har høy standard. I førsteetasje er det gang, vaskerom, tv-stue med sovesofa, bad, og tre soverom som alle er møblert med 2 enkeltsenger. I andreetasje er det et stort kjøkken, stue, spisebord, tv-område, soverom med dobbeltseng, og stort bad som er tilknyttet dette soverommet. Ute er det en svær terrasse med mye oppholdsplass, forskjellige sittegrupper, jacuzzi og bålpanne, og fin utsikt!

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
