Holiday rentals with a patio in Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Were perfect. Very welcoming and very friendly couple. They are friendly and relaxed, everything you need to feel at ease. Beautiful, very warm property. The layout and furnishings are beautifully thought out, everything is impeccable and in very good taste! Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the surroundings, but Conflans-Saint-Honorine seems to be a very beautiful town where the necessary is not far from the residence. Very nice experience. I would highly recommend it

Very functional and well-equipped house. We rented the 3 connecting houses for our group of young athletes. The large kitchen and dining area very convenient for communal meals. The rooms in the different houses are well arranged even if some are lower under the ceiling. The home theater with the giant screen is a real asset as well as the coffee available. Even though we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space (March), the pool and pétanque area appealed! David has always been very responsive and the guidelines with a convenient code system.

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Large secure house very well arranged and very nicely furnished. The garden is beautiful. Shops nearby. Lots of hiking . Quiet and nature are waiting for you . and Marie, our host was proactive, understanding and very caring We would highly recommend it.

i recommend this listing. Very clean, master bedroom with amazing bathroom, close to the RER, easy to park. Small shops next to the accommodation. Very quiet place

Impeccable, as described, clean, all in good taste, perfect on-site layout for 12 people. Perfectly equipped kitchen, cozy single rooms with shower or bath and toilet in each of them. Dormitory equipped with two bathrooms + toilet. Even though we didn't sleep much, we slept well. Very well heated house. The accommodation is located in a very peaceful small village, surrounded by beautiful scenery that is a change of pace from the big cities nearby. 100% recommended and we will come back in summer to enjoy the garden and bbq!!! Finally, Marjorie is available, friendly, attentive and very responsive! Thanks again

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

The place realy fits the description, the garden is even more beautiful. I realy felt like at home.

Exceptional!! The apartment is as described, spacious and very bright, with very good amenities. The decoration is neat and the whole place is impeccable. The bedding is comfortable and all living spaces are pleasantly furnished. Denis is also a friendly, discreet and attentive host. The terrace and private parking complete this magical place. Pleasant stay at Cosy Diem. We put our luggage there to go to Normandy on the long weekend of May. Bike ride by the river Seine. We didn't have time to walk around to give more information about accessibility. We were driving. Flexible welcome. A number should be contacted if we arrive late so that we can open the door for us. Cozy accommodation with the minimum necessary for a short stay.
