Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Novalja

What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarket in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

The stay at this place was amazing! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. All recommendations, we'll be back!

We spent 10 days with the family at Dario's. The apartment is much better than in the photos, the furniture is new. Everything is very, very clean. There were also small guest gifts. We felt very comfortable all around. The apartment is located on the upper floor, making it very private. Dario and his wife always had great tips for us, eating out or going to the beach. The apartment is very quiet, yet in the middle of the city and only 5 minutes from the beach. We would like to thank you both very much for the great 10 days. I'm sure we'll see each other again sometime 😊

The stay and the house was perfect! The owner was super friendly and accommodating from the beginning, and also very flexible as far as the arrangement for the handover was concerned. The house has an excellent location, a huge property and a huge pool. This can be compared to nothing else in Novalja. Due to the fact that it stands in the middle of the large property and therefore somewhat back from the street, you have peace and privacy despite the location. The pool and grounds were regularly cleaned by the landlady or by staff during our stay by prior arrangement. In general, everything was very clean at the handover. We will definitely come back again. The landlady and her family are super friendly and always answered and helped us directly with questions. It is straightforward and had a small gift for each of us when returning it. Thanks for a great stay! We will be happy to come back!!

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

Estefan’s place is a hidden gem in Pag. It’s far enough from the crowded parts but still approachable by car. The rooms were quite cosy with good distribution. The outdoor area with the pool is excellent.

We spent a wonderful holiday in Melani's House. It is wonderfully quiet, very close to the ocean. The equipment is of the finest, it is really everything available! Melani and Edo welcomed us personally even though we arrived well after check-in time and showed us the house and explained everything. We can recommend it unreservedly and will be happy to come back. Hvala!

Everything was great🤩, I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. We didn't like anything, everything you needed was there. Hosts are always reachable and friendly, very helpful people. Apartment is sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. The beach is also easily accessible in a few minutes walking distance and very very nice . Many thanks to Jelena and Tedi !

All around perfect. The location, the price for 1 night is unbeatable and the fact that the beach is literally 1 minute walk away but most importantly the view from the balcony!! The host was a nice cool guy. We stayed 5 nights and i just wish we could've had stayed a month. Recommended!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly beautiful, picturesquely located on the edge of Velebit National Park, but not far from the sea, which you can see from the terrace. The amenities were as promised, everything was easy to use and two highlights are: the barbecue and the small but really nice pool with whirl function. To the sea (by car) between 5 and 10 minutes, to breathtaking coves, with crystal clear water. In addition, the water is refreshing in selected places, because of the cold springs from the karst mountains (hot tip, for those who like it cooler). The nearest small town of Karlobag (about 10 minutes by car) offers shopping, restaurants and evening entertainment (live music). Konoba Karlobag (directly opposite Main parking with green pan umbrellas) is highly recommended! (And the new walk between Rabiciza and Karlobag is very great!!) Many thanks to Sanja plus family for a fantastic week!!

Marko and his family are excellent hosts, they greeted us with a smile and greeted us the last day with a smile. Despite some language issues (Zoran and his wife don't speak English), we've always found a way to understand each other. The apartment is not very big and is furnished in a basic way (kitchenette a little small but equipped with everything you need) but we still had a great week. The highlights of the apartment are the very large terrace with an unbeatable view of Pag and the sea and the parking space within the property. We found a very clean apartment, located not far from the center of Pag and the main points of interest in the city, all easily reachable even on foot. Thank you, Marko and Zoran!

This was an absolutely perfect location for us as a family, the beach is a stones throw away from the accommodation and its quiet, beautiful and clean. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful holiday :)

Really cool guy, did everything to make us feel comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay. Villa Coralis offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay with friends. The pool was just great. Each room offers bath and shower. Flat screen was just huge and also a PlayStation was there. What else do you need 😎👌

We had an absolutely amazing week at Natasa's wonderful house. The house appears far better than in the photos and was the perfect setting for our holiday. Rab is a lovely island, with great nature, good bathing places, local culture and coziness. Natasa and Denis were very welcoming and friendly. Communication works above all expectations and we immediately got a response both when booking and questions during the stay. Top recommendations from here🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - we'd love to come back.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

An absolutely fantastic stay! From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The place was sparkling clean and super furnished. Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation is available. Everything was exactly as described - if not better! We would like to particularly highlight the warm communication and cooperation with the host - Anita - attentive, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. Anita is an all-round perfect hostess and leaves nothing to be desired. The location was ideal: quiet, but still close to everything you need. Whether for a short break or a longer stay - we would come back anytime! Thank you very much for this wonderful time - 100% recommendation!
