We invite you to an unusual place - a small house created in the spirit of minimalism and 'slow', in a quiet and peaceful corner of Świeradów, overlooking meadows, trees and mountains, right next to mountain hiking and cycling trails. You will find everything you need here - a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, two beds, a spacious wooden terrace with sun loungers, a place for a bonfire and hammocks between the trees. But above all, you will experience incredible silence, peace and contact with nature.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Apartment under the mountain

This stylish accommodation in the heart of the Jizera Mountains overlooking the highest mountain Smrk and in a quiet part of Nové Město is suitable for couples and families with children. It is located near two boarding points on the world-famous Singltrek bike trails, a swimming pool, a playground, a relaxation and sports complex and many beautiful tourist destinations. The apartment is fully equipped - there is also a washing machine, dryer, TV, crib or air conditioning.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Ideal choice for 2-3 families with children, where parents will love the privacy of the ground floor bedrooms, while the children will enjoy the atypical attic bedroom. :)

Get to the very end, or maybe the beginning of the road. Next is only the heart of the Karkonosze National Park. Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.

Welcome to the cottage for a couple in love. This small space is filled with the smell of wood and the surrounding shrubs and pines. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Unlimited Internet access is available on site. I highly recommend it!!!
